Priscilla has had extensive experience researching and writing about careers and competencies. She also has significant corporate experience. For nine years as a human resources professional and vice president of The Bank of New England, she was responsible for managing a range of human resources functions and for designing business-focused career programs, as well as numerous competency models.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Harvard Student Agencies. She has been a member of the board of the Human Resources Leadership Forum, on the Advisory Board of the New England Human Resources Association's publication, Insights, and on the Advisory Committee for Suffolk University's MBA program. Her column appeared regularly in the on-line magazine HR Today. She was formerly the chair of the board of The Resource Partnership.
Priscilla has an AB from Harvard College, magna cum laude, and a Master's from Harvard's Graduate School of Education.
